Warning: Donations May Be Taxing

From http://www.recallmontgomeryschoolboard.com/

CONTRIBUTE TO CITIZENS FOR A RESPONSIBLE CURRICULUM

You can help us repeal the recent Board of Education changes to the sexual education portion of Montgomery County's school curriculum by donating funds. These funds will be used for media buys and other activities such as legal action, printing costs.[sic], etc. Your help in this area will be greatly appreciated. These donations are not at this time, tax deductible.

Well, folks, not only are these donations NOT tax deductible, but making such donations may lead you to have to pay even more. Let me explain. Please, any and all contributors to CRC, take note of what you are contributing funds to do. "These funds will be used for media buys and other activities such as legal action..." Legal action means suing the BOE or MCPS over this curriculum update. Then get ready to *donate* some more money because your Montgomery County tax dollars will pay to defend Montgomery County from the "legal actions" your donations enable.

And I'm the cillygoose?

What do you mean "legal action"? Hey, Chris, get your facts straight, they have said they are not trying to recall the BOE, initiate any lawsuit...neither have sex with that woman Miss Lewinsky...
Oh, not, that last one were not them.

Hey, there's an idea. If you want your form of sex ed, why don't you just amend the Constitution and nominate Bill Clinton again. He did a world of good teaching about how to sodomize interns (sodomy is not just anal sex, Jim). Maybe next time around he can teach the rest of the curriculum for you too.

Now now, bad Anon! You know perfectly well that YOU want to amend the Constitution so the Bushbaby can have a third term, so Ahhhnold can run for President, and so gays can never marry the person they love. More to the point, you don't care if all of our taxes here in Montgomery County go up when your group and your partner PFOX sue the county over the new curriculum. Did you guys find a willing plaintiff yet?

cillygoose, that's a weird name -- is that you isabella dear? Oh, no matter. How do you know you are not speaking to a fellow dem? Just goes to the intolerance issue -- you have to disparage republicans because you cannot conceive of the fact that liberals or democrats might agree with the CRC people. You continue to demonize people who don't agree with you.

You are 'cilly' indeed.

No, MB, I am not Isabel. How do I know you are not a Dem? I don't. Your use of the term "sodomy" is a rather obvious giveaway that your stand on this health education curriculum issue is based on your religious views. Please keep your religion in your heart, in your good works, and in your church where it belongs. Your religion does not belong in my child's classroom.

The CRC and their good buddies at the Dobson-launched and funded PFOX-GAG, "expect to file a lawsuit in U. S. District Court today to block the lessons from being taught in Maryland's largest public school system." ("Suit Planned Over Sex-Ed Program in Montgomery," Washington Post, Pg. B1, 5-3-05).

Here you go people. Get ready to thank the ex-recall group for taking money out of our students' classrooms and putting it into the courtroom instead.
